We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of third-party data and are not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies originating from such sources.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, biases, or errors.

Users remain responsible for evaluating and independently verifying information generated through AI-powered features.

You may not share account credentials or permit multiple individuals to access a subscription through a single account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in unauthorized account sharing.

ParallaxEdge may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Current pricing, features, and subscription levels are published on our website.

We reserve the right to add, modify, replace, restructure, suspend, or discontinue subscription plans or features at any time.

Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees.

Payment processing may be performed by Stripe or other authorized third-party providers.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation becomes effective at the conclusion of the current paid period.

Where APIs are provided, access is subject to usage limits and documentation requirements.

You may not:

• Circumvent rate limits.
• Redistribute API outputs.
• Use APIs to develop competing products.
• Reverse engineer models through systematic querying.

You may not systematically collect, aggregate, reconstruct, infer, derive, replicate, emulate, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to recreate:

• Predictive models
• Probability calculations
• Simulations
• Rankings
• Confidence measures
• Methodologies
• Datasets
• Analytical frameworks

used by the Services.

All software, content, graphics, designs, trademarks, service marks, models, simulations, methodologies, algorithms, databases, visualizations, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to ParallaxEdge.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for authorized purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the Services.

Any feedback, suggestions, recommendations, or ideas submitted to ParallaxEdge may be used without restriction or compensation.

All predictive models, Bayesian methodologies, simulations, ranking systems, confidence measures, analytical frameworks, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ParallaxEdge.

Where the Services permit submission of content, you retain ownership of your content.

You grant ParallaxEdge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, display, and use such content solely for operating and improving the Services.

The Services may include links to third-party websites, tools, providers, or resources.

ParallaxEdge does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their content or practices.

ParallaxEdge may participate in affiliate, referral, sponsorship, advertising, or commercial partnership programs.

Any required disclosures regarding commercial relationships will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, AND OTHER WARRANTIES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARALLAXEDGE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PARALLAXEDGE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features, sports, leagues, competitions, models, datasets, or content offerings at any time.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, success, or performance of any forecast, simulation, ranking, confidence measure, or analytical output.

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms;
• We believe your use creates risk to the Services;
• We are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

Any provisions intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by contacting legal@parallaxedge.com.

Except where prohibited by law, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

Either party may pursue qualifying claims in small claims court.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved solely on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, representative, or mass proceeding.

Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration shall occur in Michigan.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

ParallaxEdge shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ParallaxEdge.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.

ParallaxEdge may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms.

You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

You consent to receive communications electronically.

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, user information and contractual rights may be transferred subject to applicable law.
